The Pacific Islands Development Bank (PIDB) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Adifson Namelo as our new Loan Service Specialist, effective May 1, 2026.

Mr. Namelo brings a strong blend of academic achievement, project coordination experience, and legal support expertise. He graduated from the University of Guam in May 2024 with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. He is currently pursuing his Master of Business Administration (MBA), also at the University of Guam, and is expected to complete his graduate studies in December 2026.

Professionally, Mr. Namelo previously served as a Project Coordinator at Proferre, Inc., where he supported project planning, stakeholder engagement, and operational execution. He also worked as a Paralegal at the Office of the Attorney General of Guam, gaining valuable experience in case management, document preparation, and regulatory processes. His combined academic and professional background positions him well to support PIDB’s lending operations and deliver high‑quality service to our members and clients across the region.

PIDB is also delighted to highlight the return of Mr. Jamie J. Aingimea, who resumed his role as Loan Officer on April 1, 2026. Mr. Aingimea’s deep knowledge of PIDB’s lending programs, his strong rapport with clients, and his commitment to serving our island communities make his return especially meaningful. His leadership and experience bring renewed momentum to the Loan Division, and his presence strengthens the continuity and quality of service that PIDB is known for.

Together, Mr. Aingimea and Mr. Namelo form a revitalized Loan Team dedicated to delivering efficient, responsive, and community‑centered financial services across the Pacific region.
