The Pacific Islands Development Bank (PIDB) warmly welcomes Ms. Melissa Stanley as the Bank’s new Loan Application and Servicing Support Ambassador, based out of Chuuk State, Federated States of Micronesia.
Ms. Stanley currently serves as Assistant Chief Clerk for the Chuuk State Legislature, where she has built a strong foundation in administration, public service, and legislative support. She brings these valuable skills to PIDB, where she will provide loan servicing support on an as-needed basis.
In her role, Ms. Stanley will assist borrowers in Chuuk with loan applications, documentation, and servicing needs. She will also undergo structured training alongside PIDB’s full-time Guam-based Loan Service Specialists, ensuring that services delivered in Chuuk reflect the same standards and quality as those provided at the Guam headquarters.
By being based locally, Ms. Stanley will help enhance accessibility for borrowers in Chuuk while strengthening PIDB’s presence and commitment to serving island communities throughout Micronesia.
